Carrie Crow Thiele, ACSG owner and consultant, started her journey with ACSG and in the stained glass field in 2005. She was trained by Dr. Gary Gray, the founder of ACSG, and together they published The Stained Glass Appraisal Guide and The Stained Glass Bible. She holds degrees from Campbell University and Oklahoma State University.

Kelly Hilburn, ACSG consultant, has nearly 30 years of experience in the stained glass field. He started as a stained glass installer and studio apprentice at LL Sams and Sons in 1983. He spent time both in the studio and on the road, learning every aspect of the stained glass field. Kelly has a passion for the art of stained glass and a wealth of experience and knowledge in church stained glass and building restoration.
